Join us for Yin & Restorative Yoga in our Norwell Studio with Jennifer Cataldo, E-RYT 500 & Reiki Master Teacher. This all-levels class will release, relax and restore your mind, body, and spirit by combining Yin and Restorative Yoga postures. I will also offer Reiki throughout the class. Yin Yoga stretches the primary connective tissues of the body (typically holding postures for 3, 5, or 7 minutes).
