Why the “Silent Om”? In March of 2020, when pandemic began, I changed the way I start and end all of my classes. Traditionally, I start and end my classes with the vocal sound of one Om (a vocal blessing said by all students). When pandemic began and the world changed, I changed the Om to silent. The Silent Om is to honor our front line and healthcare workers (who are all still fighting this battle) and all the souls affected by this pandemic. We see you and thank you. The silent blessing continues. Namaste
My goal as a teacher is to inspire my students to reconnect with their mind/body/spirit each time they come to their mat. One breath at a time. I truly believe Yoga Is For Every Body.
