Join me at the edge of the sea to strengthen your body, calm your mind and soothe your spirit. This all-levels yoga class will combine awareness to breathe, mindful movement and safe alignment of the body. Sunday morning Classes will be held on DCR’s Nantasket Beach - on the sand, between the David Cook Comfort Station (red brick bathhouse) and the Phipps Street beach entrance (first house on the beach). Drop-ins welcome!

OUTDOOR YOGA ON THE GREAT LAWN AT THE GLASTONBURY ABBEY HAS CONCLUDED FOR THE SEASON - THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL SEASON!
Saturdays at 8am. Join me for an all levels class on the peaceful lawn, surrounded by nature. Please bring a a mat and water. $20. Drop ins welcome! Please park in the lower parking lot.
